OK, so 2 years ago UT was supposed to come to Memphis, we had a good (decent) shot at them, they didn't show.
Last year UT had one of their worst teams in decades, we had a great (good) shot at them. One DeAngelo touchdown could have won it. DeAngelo didn't play because of Tommy.
This year we had a decent (long) shot at them. West fires JLD prior to the game and suspends Doss for being late.
West played at UT.
I'm just saying.

Did I see Tommy and Phil standing at the 50 having a long talk during pregame warmups? Or was that a different UT coach. Tommy had a long visit with one of the opposing coaches out there.
