Considering Special Ed has the SEC to sell he has a little bit of an advantage. But look at who T-Dub's recruited in his career. A little bit from his bio about his stint at Clemson:
During his tenure at Clemson, West recruited the school's all-time leading rusher, Raymond Priester; the school's all-time leading passer, Nealon Greene; and the school's all-time leading receiver, Rod Gardner.
In addition to the offensive talent he landed for the Tigers, West had two linebackers named to All-America Teams and both were drafted in the NFL. Anthony Simmons was named an All-American in 1996 and 1997 and was selected by the Seattle Seahawks. Keith Adams was drafted by the Tennessee Titans after enjoying All-America status in 1999 and 2000, and Gardner was a first-round selection by the Washington Redskins.
Oh yeah, and he also recruited some guy who holds the NCAA all-purpose yards record. T-Dub ain't that bad of a recruiter if you ask me.

We recruit to OUR system, not trying to get the best "players" to fit them into a system... So, while nationally coach0 gets the recognition, Coach West does a great job of recruiting to his SYSTEM!
That is also a system that has produced a good number of pro players in the last few years... for a mid-major nothing team.

To be honest, predicting wins or seasons isn't really a strongpoint given the history on this board....
and, btw.... if you are FAVORED going into a game... it's not possible to "upset" the other team.
