Seriously, if he leaves, how many players will enter the draft or pack their bags and sit out a year to be with Cal?? If he leaves, I think the whole situation is going to get really ugly with a whole lot of defectors.

Depends on who we get to replace him. Memphis is an attractive job. We pay well, we have top notch facilities and this area is a hotbed for basketball talent. We can land a great coach.
