Looks as if the british are ahead of the US in one item. A lady driver was fined for farding while driving. Wish they would follow the british lead in Memphis.

I was wondering if I was the only one who had to go look it up. Apparently, farding means putting on makeup while driving.

Rush Limbaugh has been making a point about farding while driving for over 15 years! The discussion also centered around using cell phones while driving. When he first compalined about only women farding while driving, he said people would get upset with him as though men never fart while driving. He declared he had never seen a man fard/fart while driving. The person he was having the discussion with became indignant with him and left the room.

He just brought this story up, yet, AGAIN today on his show due the story in England. Farding is a French term.
