Dev Team: Awarded to members of the NCAAbbs Development Team
Donators: Awarded to members who donate to NCAAbbs. (Not sure if MT.org donators are included as I believe this was only those that gave specifically to NCAAbbs as I've always had a policy of not distinguishing between those that donate and those that don't because some just don't have the means to do so).
Folding@NCAAbbs: Awarded to members of team Folding@NCAAbbs. Folding@NCAAbbs team members use their computer's unused power to help find a cure to cancer, alzheimers, mad cow disease, and other plagues to humanity.
Hall of Fame: Awarded to members who have been inducted into the Hall of Fame via the Crappies.
NCAAbbs LUG: Awarded to members of the NCAAbbs LUG (this is a group of NCAAbbs users on Linux)
I guess the mods you see must have done a few of these.

I won a Crappie, but I haven't received the medal yet....
