I would put more time into hating on Lipscomb, but they don't even have any competent enough fans to throw it back my way.
Anyway... BU will own Lipscomb forever, and they already know it... They have been riding on our coat tails ever since they started their athletic program... it's pathetic.

There are none of their fans here, my guess is the rejects that couldn't get into Vandy don't know about this board. My favorite Lipscomb moment was last year when they came to JC, the Lady Bucs had just finished beating the living snot out of Lipscomb, I go to the bathroom and come back, and those ignorant girls put their damn bags at my seat like it was baggage claim and SAT IN THE STUDENT SECTION!!! It got better when they were leaving we had been giving one of their players a hard time for being British, and one of their girls looked at me and said: "He's NOT FROM LONDON HE'S FROM ENGLAND!"
Someone should also tell them that they're not amish and turning the lights on in Allen Arena is permitted.
I'm kinda surprised that we don't have more Belmont posters, or any regular Belmont posters. They should be living it up right now and rubbing it in everyones face while it lasts!
They only attend two games a year, when they play Lipscomb.
At least BU has a place worth watching games. ETSU's gym... if you can call it that is embarrassing... for the school and for the conference.

I'm guessing you must be a freshman in college, or else you would understand the only thing that a growing conference like the A-Sun cares for is money... facilities are not as high a priority when selecting the site.
You know what I mean... just take a look at it when you go tonight and watch the Bruins dismantle you on your home turf... hopefully before the bleachers collapse.
Call us when you actually play within 30 of a team in the NCAA's... We've won games. Fact of the matter is junior facilities have everything to do with where conference tournaments are played, or have you already forgotten about that 40 million dollar waste of money called the Curb Center? 2500 seats for basketball, 25 fans actually attend games.
Calling the A-Sun a growing conference is like calling the Lipscomb women's team intelligent and good looking.
This is the homeless shelter of D-1, the D-2's come here to move up and the D-1's come here because they dropped football and the conference they were in didn't want them. Ask all the teams that left... Even a basketball only school like College of Charleston jumped out of this league at the first chance.

I'm also taking complete credit for ETSU's victory last night as well.
What was once a "basketball only" school is hardly that any more. CofC invested a small fortune several years back into upgrading its baseball program and is now the top program in that sport in the Southern Conference, in addition to having become a national power on the diamond.
Look for them to host a Regional this season...
Too bad CofC is long gone from the A-Sun... They figured it out fairly quickly, and now ETSU has. Three years to kickoff and a new conference.
