How many people know or actually care that there is an ETSU message board for fans to go and talk about the bucs? Well as you've said before our attendance at games is terrible, so if you figure out of a generous 3000 people (VERY GENEROUS), maybe 1 percent of that have heard of this board (30), and you, me, fan1, Rod, kevster and nuckster are about all that post on here on a regular basis. I mean there are some others, bucfyre, anti-marky, jeff.... And Marky, I've not seen you at any home games yet, so you really don't count because ya don't go to games. You talk about the hey day when football was around, yet you know that there was a legit reason called LACK OF ATTENDANCE that got it dropped. If there are so many ETSU fans out there, where are they? They sure as hell weren't in the stands in 2003 protesting that ridiculous decision. Where was the outcry? Oh yea, they were all on the soconhoops board.
I have gone on record I will not attend any ETSU games until David Mullins is gone. I refuse, after the way the athletic department has treated me after so much loyal coverage, to give him any of my money.
If more people would do that, Mullins would be gone rather quickly.
And if you think only 30 people read this board, you are delusional.
There are statistical reports to the left that this website gets 1,100,000 hits a day. Now- that's obviously not all ETSU- but I think it proves we can hang with the audience that an AM radio station with a 2.7 rating- a recent high- gets.
Your comments that you are sick of this being "My board" are because you are jealous. It's now becoming very hard for you, because this thread proves I am respected and know what I am talking about- and you have failed to refute anything.
Meade has had 16 years to talk about ETSU athletics. He's not going to start now. If you want him to- you get the ball rolling by arranging a guest spot. It's a valid and just request and will likely gain momentum.
Frankly, your underestimation of the impact of the ETSU message boards and calling me a "jack@ss" isn't an insult to just me, but the entire audience of the board and yourself as well.

one more thing, before you bash WJCW I would suggest you look at the ratings at that crapper of a station you work at called WFHG. It's complete garbage. People know who Bill Meade is all over the area, you are a different story.
