and half of the country...ah well....

fortunately, bush, hunt, the invasion of iraq, sean banks, the coming invasion of iran, cheney and his bionic heart, Cal, RC,....all will fade with time.

I think bush is the biggest idiot to ever hold the office. most people disagree...one day I will get to like a president and you will get to be bummed.
I think the way Cal has handled the Hunt situation is a disgrace and he deserves the heat he is getting.

And i think that this is an amazing forum. I really do like posting and reading posts..even the ones i disagree with...it is strange, but i feel like a part of a community...the postings aren't just words on the screen, i can feel the people behind them...

i know we can grate on each other from time to time, but discourse is not such a bad thing...

fortunately there are no ways to pepper spray each other on this board, or i am sure i would have gotten the blast a long time ago...

going to hit golf balls...

enjoy being a work people.... 04-cheers

maybe we can invade THREE countries during the second term...

how about Saudia Arabia? that's my pick...since the hijackers and funding came from there...

besides, they are just a bunch of brown people, right? we bomb brown people for poops and giggles...and camels make big messes when they explode. ohh boy the fun...

i'm excited about the coming dirty bomb that will destroy most of some major american city...i would bet just before the end of this second term...bush could delay the next election, stay in power indefinitely, anf FEMA could take over and begin rounding up people (democrats) for the interrnment camps that have already been built out west....

golly....so long as i can still get a round in at NorthCreek....
Say what you will,
Its still Mr President!
Have a good game, and by the way, I don't work so I can play everyday!
One more thing, I had less than positive thoughts about Clinton but it didn't make me bitter or anything.
Four years is a long time to biatch!

I knew there was a reason I never liked playing there...
FOUR MORE YEARS..FOUR MORE YEARS!!!! TO look for the WMD and spread democracy with A1 Abrams tanks and apache helecopters...

you know i just had an idea...

Cal and Bush...same thing gets them off the hook with me....

ready for this?

DON'T FING LIE TO ME.

Cal

"Jeremy was involved in some sort of incident and we are going to suspend for first violating aour team's code of conduct and seocond the suspension will last until the resolution of the criminal matter. at that time we will make a determination about his status with the team. as coach of this program i want our fans to know that above all else we expect our players to uphold the highest code of conduct and that this incident in no way relfects the standards at the U of M. thank you"

Bush
"Ok, that whole Saddam must disarm thing was a joke. ha ha..see...we just used that as a pretext, and yes we lied like dogs when we sent Powell to the UN..sorry about that...the truth is that there has been a group of Hawks in washington since the late 70's, Rummy, Rove, Wolfiwitz, Cheney, et al, who believe that it is in our best interests to remake the entire middle east in a modern, democratic style so that we can maintain relationships with governments we support and keep our hands on their oil. frankly the mullahs and the clerics scare the piss out of us and we feel that in order to maintain our dominance in the world this is the right course of action. thank you"

i'm cool with that. fine..just don't lie to me

I understand your frustrations. If Big Al was anything like Billy, you might have already had your dirty bomb.

Mr. Chairman, let me first express to you my appreciation for holding this hearing on the Balkans, even while Washington’s attention is focused elsewhere. The United States Government has invested upwards of $24 billion in Balkans peace over the past decade, a substantial amount even if it will be dwarfed by spending in Iraq. We need to protect our investment and ensure that it pays dividends to the American taxpayer.

There are two important transformations occurring in the Balkans today. The first is a transition away from nationalism, dictatorship and war towards peace, democracy, and a European future. The second is a shift of responsibility from the US, which led the Bosnia and Kosovo interventions as well as the fight against Milosevic, to the European Union, which shared leadership with the US in bringing peace to Macedonia and ultimately must lead the process of European integration for all of the Balkans. The objective of US policy should be to ensure the success of both these processes.

Let me talk first about the transition within the Balkans. We have seen marked progress in the last several years, especially in Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Albania.

These countries are leading the region towards NATO and the EU by concerted efforts to meet the membership requirements. I might fault each for shortcomings, but their leaderships are trying to match actions to ideals.

I will not catalogue current problems in the Balkans, which lie principally in Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Bosnia. I want instead to focus on those that require continuing US engagement. Solve these few, and we can turn over leadership to the Europeans without endangering our investment.

If our so called Allies would do their just part in Iraq we'd be out of there much sooner as well.

And for your rant about FEMA; get a clue it stands for Federal Emergency Management Agency.

FEMA does't round up anyone for internment camps Mr. Photo Paranoid. Federal Emergency Management Agency
