...sending all 3 starters Wil Mann, Chris Salberg, and Mike Crotta to the bullpen? Yes they have not pitched well lately but its real disheartening to this move made form a fans perspective. I knew this season was pretty much over but this really smacks of giving up on this season and beginning to plan for the future. I figured after the Georgia Tech series we might see radical changes, but so soon was surprising. After last Sunday's poor effort against Belmont I didnt think I could feel worse about this season but now i see I was wrong. :crying:

LOL-Ive been ready to burrow a hole and hide in it lately! Thank goodness Mickey Storey pitched as well tonight as he has all year in the bullpen to help FAU to the 10-2 win. FAU's back at .500 now which is good, but we REALLY need to win this series with Troy and UCF on deck. Hopefully FAU can string a few good games together-because most of this year theyve followed up good games like tonight with clunkers!
I'm thankin' the good Lord that Cooney had the "cahoonies" to take such a drastic approach. Something had to be done and one of the things that has impressed me about KC is that more often than not, he makes the right decision. So far, with one game under our belts, it's lookin' like another good move.
