Sure it's happened, but there are actually real bathrooms as Tinker used to be home to minor league baseball.

It was also home to UCF baseball for a time before Jay Bergman Field opened in 2001.

Yea I figured that game but meant in general.... Nothing like doing a test run for the game in November....

Saturdays are usually rough on me with children and all & Tuesdays are a no-no. The Pitt game looks enticing. Would love to see you guys whip up on a Big East Power(??).

well let me know if you are going.... You can always tailgate with us!

I am lucky that my better half is watching the little UCF fan while daddy goes to the games!!! Next year he can come to the games... He's to young to be in the heat/sun.

I park along the lake (lot B) next to the middle tree. I'll be driving a Tahoe. Stop on by if you can. 04-drunk2

I am so ready... It is slow in the office today, So I'm going over my tailgate check list to make sure all the supplies are there.... I will pack the truck tonight so I can wake up, shower, put the food in the coolers and go... I've got it down to a science since I leave at 6:00am. I found it hard to pack at 5am..... lmfao

Bryan

I got moved from lot X to lot W this year. And I'm pretty pissed off about it.

Don't worry. It is UCF's homecoming game. The opponent is sure to suck and the score won't even be close:
UCF 53, Homecoming Fodder 7

Too many $500+ donors now to all fit in lot X. $500 - $1000 donors are split between lots X and W.

Just was checking out UCF Jay's pics from our win over Marshall last year and the goal posts coming down...damn I'm ready for some football... 04-cheers

Why do you go out at 7? Besides drinking, is there anything going on that early?

I enjoy it. I setup, start cooking breakfast and then relax in my chair and read the paper.

I also get there to ensure we get our same spot....

They say that they don't open until later, but the parking attendants don't even get there until 9ish....

As you are cruising by exit 101A tomorrow morning, I will be sleeping nicely. Stop by the house and start my coffee!

You've been quiet this week!! I'm ready for a home game and home field advantage after last week! We're getting there at 11:30 and will have a couple of new people as well. A UF grad that I work with and his daughter. I will try again to head over your way to finally meet you, but it's tough to sneak away...plus I've got a lot of catching up to do since I get there 4 1/2 hours after you! ;-)

Tired of all the bitching on the board... so I lay low these days... Hope to meet you too! I understand it's hard to get away, like I said before, I didn't even have time to walk 50 yards over to UCFJay.... I am so busy cooking the time flys by! Have a great time tomorrow if I don't see you. Go Knights!

I know, just giving you a hard time... what league are your kids in? I played soccer locally all my life... There are a few great systems here. I recently gave it up....

Yeah, I'm pretty tired of all the lack of USF attendance talk as well. I would rather see our stadium full of UCF fans, but most of all...I just want us to knock the snot out of them tomorrow!!

We took some pics of the Florida game...not much good to post unfortunately. It was a great time up there...at least prior to the game and even the in-stadium atmosphere was awesome. The only thing that ruined it was the results on the field. I was impressed by all the UCF tents and tailgate parties going on when we were driving around looking for parking. 04-rock

My daughter is going to be playing at Seminole Soccer Club (Florida Soccer Aliance), but I don't know what we are going to do with my son. He got screwed.

He was put on a team that practices in Tuscawilla 2 days a week at 5:30. Considering that he doesn't get home until ~5, there was no way we could get him there. They moved him to another team, but in the process they didn't realize that the team already had the max # of players, so then they moved him up a league (fine by us), but then they realized that they were all full as well. Basically, they have $250 of my money right now, and my son doesn't have a team. We are looking elsewhere, but it may be too late.

Put it this way, those _______ are lucky I don't have a law degree.

we'll that sucks!!! Hope he gets on a team soon so he can gel with them and learn the coaches system... I was lucky when I was playing youth competative, there was only one team and we all moved up age groups every year...
i miss playing so much. I wanted to look into a local 6 aside team in NSB but haven't got around to it yet....

glad you and your wife had a good time (except for the score)!!!

I am so ready for tomorrow!!!

In Oviedo, the kids have 3 choices: club soccer, through the YMCA or Upward Soccer...it's an indoor-based league run by Oviedo Baptist. How old is your son?

I just started playing again about a month or so ago...a bunch of guys from work (and friends) meet each Monday at a local middle school and play. The games are usually anywhere from 5 vs. 5 up to the occasional 11 vs. 11. It's a blast and we have some pretty good players turn out...unfortunately I tend to bring the talent level down!!

My son is 11.

I would love to play, but I need to get my right knee reconstructed first. I don't have an ACL and my cartilage is currently mush.

I prolly should go out an play, and just finish it off, so I can get my current insurance to pay for it.

I forgot you work downtown...we play at Howard Middle School off of Robinson. It's a good group of guys...competitive, but fun games and always looking for a couple of keepers! We usually start getting out there around 5:30 and start the game by 6:00. Time is loosely kept but we usually end up playing two 30 minute halfs. Really kicked my azz the first few times out!

You don't think you could go to any surgeon and tell him/her you blew it out previously? I don't see how your insurance company could decline it. Most surgeons get their surgery cases pre approved.... I'd give it a try...

You go to the appointment, they do an eval, send you to get an MRI, doc sees you for a follow up and then schedules surgery.... bada boom, your healed....

You sound like an old pro at this. Been there, done that??

You are probably right, though. I am 33 now and have been suffering from this since I was 16. Who's a good doc?

I actually work in Winter Park. I was hoping it was in Oviedo or north East Orange county. That way I could take some back roads home... Downtown would be a pain. I used to play indoor in Lake Mary but they would schedule some games at 10 pm etc... that was not worth it the next morning... I made all the 6/7 pm games but the others weren't worth it...

Since you are in Lake Mary, I would go to either one of these offices, both are the same company but they have 5 offices... In Oviedo see Dr. Schwartzberg at Orlando Orthopaedic Center....
At their Longwood office (next to the hospital), Dr. Rosen.
Dr. Schwartzberg is young and involved with all of the local high schools and very sports oriented. But the closest office that he goes to is the Oviedo office. Dr. Rosen is a very good surgeon. I would let either of them cut my knee.. Hope this helps.

check out their website... It explains all the specialties and which office the doctors go to...

I haven't had it done to me personally but I am very familiar with the procedure...
