Tony Sardisco, an All- American offensive lineman at Tulane died yesterday of a heart attack. He lived in Shreveport, La. Tony also played with the Washington Redskins and Boston Patriots in the old AFL. My sympathies to Tony?s family and the TU community on his passing.

Addendum to this story. Tony was inducted into the Tulane Hall of Fame in 1982. He was a four year letterman at TU at offensive guard and linebackeer. He was named to the Look All American team in 1955.
